Upstart is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid social acquisition for their Personal Loans business. This role involves hands-on media buying, strategy development, creative testing, and audience optimization across social platforms, working closely with a media agency to achieve growth and profitability goals.

• Own and optimize paid social and video acquisition for Personal Loans
• Manage campaign strategy, setup, bidding, budgets, pacing, and performance
• Partner with media agency to establish channel strategy and manage execution
• Develop and execute a creative strategy with testing frameworks and messaging hypotheses
• Build and refine audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and customer lists
• Design and analyze structured tests across audiences, creative, bidding, and placements
