Senior Manager, Marketing Automation

• Own Marketo as marketing's core automation platform
• Lead execution of email, nurture, database hygiene, and campaign workflows
• Develop and optimize email and nurture strategy
• Own marketing's lead scoring, routing requirements, and data quality processes
• Manage and develop one Email Marketing Specialist
• Apply AI and testing to improve workflow efficiency and program performance
