Revenue and Growth Marketing Specialist

Aven Hospitality is seeking a motivated Revenue and Growth Marketing Specialist to support demand generation and account-based marketing programs. This role will execute coordinated campaigns, prospecting initiatives, and events, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams. It's an ideal opportunity for an organized marketer to gain hands-on experience across campaign execution, sales support, events, and marketing technology.

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and events
• Conduct research for target accounts and support outbound/ABM activities
• Collaborate with Sales on prospecting and lead follow-up
• Assist with the logistics and promotion of webinars, trade shows, and field events
• Manage campaign timelines, assets, and approvals
• Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for campaign execution and data management
