Senior Creative Producer, Social Media (all genders)

Zalando is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead social media content production and project management for major marketing campaigns across Europe. This role involves steering cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery for both large-scale productions and fast-turnaround content.

• End-to-end production and cross-functional project management for major content moments
• Translate editorial strategy into actionable execution plans across social, onsite, and creator channels
• Source creative talent, manage art buying, and production logistics for social-first execution
• Align stakeholders across Global Marketing, PR, and Paid Media
• Oversee project budgets of varying scales
• Manage external agency partners and coordinate in-house productions
