Growth Manager, Customer Engagement

Block is seeking a Growth Manager for Cash App's Engagement Marketing team to drive customer activation and habituation. This role involves operating at the intersection of growth strategy, lifecycle execution, and product, working closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose funnel friction, design experiments, and influence product roadmaps.

• Own activation and habituation outcomes end-to-end
• Operate as a peer to Product, Engineering, ML, and Design
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program
• Build and maintain a unified opportunity framework
• Self-serve sophisticated analysis using SQL
• Push the frontier on AI decisioning and automation
