Awin is seeking a Marketing Assistant (AdOps Specialist) to provide operational support to Client Services teams in the affiliate marketing industry. This entry-level role involves uploading offers, generating reports, performing audits, and collaborating with account management teams to support Awin's largest clients.

• Provide operational support to Client Services teams
• Upload offers and creatives to advertiser programs
• Assist with producing regular reports and data manipulation
• Perform program audits and monitor affiliate performance
• Recruit affiliates onto programs and set up new collaborations
• Conduct account health checks and competitor benchmarking
