Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Direct Mail and Offline Growth,

Upstart is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead their Direct Mail and Offline Growth channels, focusing on the Home Equity Line of Credit product. This role involves end-to-end ownership of strategy, execution, and P&L responsibility, with a strong emphasis on data-driven optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

• Own end-to-end Direct Mail strategy and execution for HELOC
• Build broader offline growth channels (OOH, linear TV, brand testing)
• Manage and optimize millions in annual spend for ROI
• Partner with ML/Data Science for targeting model refinement
• Design and execute rigorous testing frameworks
• Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights
