Senior Professional, Account Marketing

Converse is seeking a Senior Account Marketing Professional to lead the creation and execution of omni-channel marketing plans for their Inspire and City Specialty accounts. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and driving seasonal brand expression with retail partners.

• Develop and execute seasonal marketing plans for Inspire/City Specialty accounts
• Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Integrated Marketplace teams
• Coordinate account marketing calendars, budgets, and GTM needs
• Lead account-level execution of launch plans and activations
• Analyze marketing initiative results and identify optimization opportunities
• Build strong relationships with internal partners and external accounts
