Manager, Marketing CMP

Lead and motivate a team of Community Marketing Associates and Supervisors to drive tour production and meet sales targets for vacation packages. This role involves recruiting, training, overseeing daily operations, and monitoring performance to ensure departmental goals are achieved.

• Direct and motivate Community Marketing Associates and Supervisors
• Drive site's production of CMP tours
• Meet or exceed budgeted tour flow and VPG requirements
• Responsible for personal tour production minimums
• Recruit, hire, and train CMP professionals and supervisors
• Oversee daily operations of CMP programs
