Director, Provider Growth Marketing

Headway is seeking a Director of Provider Growth Marketing to lead our acquisition efforts for mental health providers. You will own and scale our multi-channel marketing strategies, driving provider growth and revenue while optimizing acquisition costs. This role is crucial for expanding our network and ensuring more people can access affordable mental healthcare.

• Lead and scale multi-channel provider acquisition strategies
• Drive provider growth and revenue while reducing CAC
• Own and optimize paid, organic, lifecycle, and referral channels
• Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing marketing team
• Develop and implement segmentation and value-based acquisition frameworks
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and R&D to align growth goals
