• Develop, edit, publish, and optimize enterprise social and owned channel content
• Manage editorial calendars, approvals, and publishing workflows
• Partner with lines of business, creative, analytics, and legal teams
• Use performance insights and platform trends to refine content strategies
• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy or related roles
• Experience with Sprinklr, Aprimo, or similar platforms
