Growth Lead, Organic

Middesk is seeking a Growth Lead to own organic growth strategies across SEO, AEO, brand, social, and content. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive end-to-end ownership of inbound leads, MQLs, and web traffic in a rapidly evolving landscape shaped by AI. You will set the overall organic growth strategy and work with the team to execute it.

• Own organic growth numbers: MQLs, inbound leads, and web traffic
• Set SEO/AEO strategy and partner on content execution
• Build holistic organic growth plan spanning brand, social, and content
• Define strategy for brand reach and industry events
• Establish reporting connecting organic activity to pipeline outcomes
• Drive broad efforts across the entire organic landscape
