Growth & Marketing Intern / New-Grad

Join a pre-seed AI recruiting platform as a founding growth hire. You will own the entire growth engine, from outbound and paid acquisition to content and SEO, driving measurable pipeline for a fast-moving startup. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape demand generation strategies from the ground up.

• Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events
• Formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate continuously
• Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outbound campaigns and manage deliverability
• Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
• Create and distribute high-velocity content including blogs, newsletters, and social posts
• Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research and on-page optimization
