• QA and proofread AI-drafted content
• Hand-craft marquee, high-value deals
• Own content escalations from Sales, Merchant Service, and Customer Service
• Run the language-quality queue and hold the bar for language standards
• Turn recurring content issues into policy, SOP, or AI-prompt improvements
• Track and share quality signals and trends
