Go-To Market Manager

USAA is seeking a Go-To-Market Manager to drive adoption and performance of interconnected auto and home ecosystem products and services. This role involves influencing business alignment, executing marketing strategies, and partnering with various teams to deploy cohesive initiatives. You will manage large-scale, multi-year programs, ensuring alignment with strategic imperatives and monitoring program health.

• Define and maintain program strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Provide input and recommendations on multi-year business plans
• Facilitate meetings with executive management and sponsors
• Prepare status reports, identifying risks and issues
• Negotiate program tradeoffs with IT and business stakeholders
• Drive adoption and sustainment of organizational changes
