Marketing Director

As the Marketing Director, you will lead all internal and external marketing initiatives to achieve and exceed community census goals. This role involves developing strategic marketing plans, managing inquiry handling, building strong community relationships, and ensuring a seamless move-in process for new residents. You will also play a key role in customer service training and community outreach.

• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans to meet census targets
• Manage all resident and family inquiries and tours
• Build and maintain relationships with community resource groups and healthcare facilities
• Oversee the resident move-in process and ensure apartment readiness
• Provide customer service and sales training to staff
• Analyze marketing data and generate reports
