Manager, Digital & Demand Gen

ProsperOps is seeking a Manager of Digital & Demand Gen to own our website, search presence, and demand generation campaigns. This is a builder role with significant autonomy where you will leverage AI agents to focus on strategy, experimentation, and growth. You will be responsible for driving buyer acquisition and ensuring our product and content reach the right audiences.

• Own prosperops.com roadmap, architecture, and conversion paths
• Develop and execute SEO/AEO strategies to increase buyer visibility
• Manage paid and organic content distribution across multiple channels
• Build digital marketing campaigns for partner co-marketing
• Oversee website analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution in HubSpot
• Leverage AI agents for site monitoring, audits, and hygiene
