Commercial Marketing Manager

Drive the planning and execution of promotional marketing initiatives for Light & Wonder's iGaming content portfolio in North America. This role bridges commercial and product marketing teams, translating product strategy into operator-ready campaigns to boost game acquisition and engagement.

• Partner with commercial teams to activate marketing capabilities with operator partners
• Shape promotional approaches and execution plans with operators
• Lead cross-functional teams for complex campaign delivery
• Oversee promotional planning including campaign calendars and lifecycle marketing
• Define and track campaign success against commercial KPIs and ROI
