Sierra Space is seeking a Digital Engagement & Content Lead to own and execute our external digital presence. You will develop and manage content strategy across our website, social media, and digital campaigns, translating our mission and technologies into compelling digital experiences. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on content creation to engage diverse audiences.

- Own digital strategy, governance, and performance for external channels
- Develop and manage enterprise digital editorial calendar
- Create compelling digital and visual experiences aligned with brand narrative
- Write, edit, publish, and optimize web and social content
- Produce platform-native graphics, short-form video, and multimedia content
- Establish and track digital KPIs using analytics for continuous improvement
