Senior Device Sales Marketing Manager

Roku is seeking a Senior Device Sales Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for device sales across retail, e-tail, and direct-to-consumer channels. This role partners closely with the Retail Sales and Strategy team to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs that drive conversion rates and device sales. The position requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a focus on shaping plans and driving cross-functional collaboration.

• Own holistic marketing strategy, planning, and execution for major retail moments
• Serve as senior marketing counterpart to Retail Sales and Strategy leadership
• Develop and execute in-store merchandising, display, and signage strategies
• Lead e-tail marketing strategy across key retailers
• Spearhead A/B tests for product listings, promotions, and creative content
• Manage and optimize large marketing budgets with accountability for ROI
