Clera is seeking a Head of Growth to lead our AI-powered business communications SaaS company's growth strategy. You will own the entire growth funnel, from marketing to product, and be responsible for international expansion and team building. This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, offering the opportunity to shape the future of a scaling tech company.

• Own and optimize the growth funnel across marketing and product
• Lead international expansion strategy and execution
• Build and scale a high-performing growth team
• Set growth strategy, KPIs, and manage significant marketing budgets
• Experience in B2B SaaS, product-led growth, or AI-driven products
• Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle management
