Senior Manager, Content & Social Media

WGU is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Social Media to lead our organic social, creator, community, and owned content strategies. You will shape how WGU is perceived in public conversations about higher education and the future of learning. This role involves managing a team, building our creator ecosystem, and driving brand awareness and engagement.

• Set vision and strategy for organic social, creator, community, and owned content
• Lead and develop a team of social strategists, editors, and community managers
• Own organic social strategy across major platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Build and scale WGU's influencer and creator ecosystem
• Develop community strategy to foster active participation and advocacy
• Establish a measurement framework to track content performance and brand impact
