Growth Marketing Specialist

Coinflow is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join their fast-paced marketing team in Chicago. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of content, community, social media, and events to drive growth and revenue. This role offers the opportunity to see creative ideas come to fruition and gain direct mentorship from the Head of Marketing.

• Owns event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution
• Drives community and brand initiatives for revenue and partnerships
• Manages content publishing and distribution across channels
• Executes social media management and reporting
• Runs growth experiments and market research
• Requires 0-4 years of marketing experience and strong organizational skills
