Marketing Operations Manager

SolarWinds is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to guide audience and email strategy, program execution, and optimization across their global product portfolio. This role involves audience segmentation, enrichment, orchestrations, and A/B testing, working cross-functionally to build and run programs in their technology stack to support inbound marketing initiatives with automations and AI, ultimately driving qualified pipeline for the sales team.

• Guide audience and email strategy, alignment, and nurture program execution
• Manage audience segmentation, enrichment, orchestrations, and A/B testing
• Build and run programs in technology stack supporting inbound marketing
• Optimize multiple marketing programs to drive qualified pipeline
• Utilize Marketo, SFDC, and 6sense for campaign builds and analysis
• Drive testing, AI, and optimization for email and marketing programs
