About this role

Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Consultant to lead marketing strategy and communications for technician recruitment and retention initiatives within the Product Support and Logistics Division. This role also owns the Global Dealer Technician Challenge, a premier technician competition, requiring a three-year commitment and global program leadership.

Lead marketing strategy and communications for technician growth initiatives
Global program owner for the Global Dealer Technician Challenge (GDTC)
Manage a three-year competition cycle including planning, execution, and budget
Develop and execute campaigns to support dealer technician attraction and retention
Partner with business units, dealers, and external providers
Align marketing efforts with technician capability and capacity needs
