Global SEO/AEO Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking an innovative SEO/AEO Manager to join their Global Digital Marketing team. This role will architect the organic search foundation and shape global audience discovery across over 60 country sites. You will leverage expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-driven search to elevate digital visibility and connect enterprise customers with solutions.

• Manage global SEO foundations across 60+ regional websites
• Pioneer AI & Generative Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategies
• Integrate search insights with information architecture and buyer journeys
• Develop performance dashboards and optimization roadmaps
• Lead agency partners and mentor cross-functional stakeholders
• 8+ years of SEO experience in a large B2B organization
