About this role
Lead content strategy and operations for Inspire Brands' web and app experiences, establishing portfolio-wide standards and governance. You will coordinate cross-functional content planning, leverage performance data for optimization, and ensure brand consistency across multiple iconic restaurant brands.
What we are looking for
6- Establish and improve digital content intake, editorial planning, and publishing processes
- Develop playbooks and standards for content hierarchy, navigation, and merchandising
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Digital Retail, Product, UX, and Technology teams
- Build an optimization practice using analytics, guest behavior, and testing
- Coordinate with SEO specialists and guide CMS workflows and platform improvements
- Manage a team of 2-3 direct reports
