Remitly is seeking a creative and data-driven Employer Brand Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team in Arlington, Virginia. This hybrid role focuses on executing global employer brand strategies by creating compelling content, managing social media, running recruitment marketing campaigns, and championing employee stories to attract top talent.

• Discover and share authentic employee stories across various formats
• Build and manage the Employee Advocacy program
• Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns on key platforms
• Manage employer brand social media presence and content calendar
• Produce creative assets including graphics and short-form videos
• Plan and host employer brand events and manage award program presence
