Manager, Creator Content & Partnerships - Direct to Consumer

Disney Direct-to-Consumer is seeking a Manager for Creator Content & Partnerships to develop and scale strategic creator collaborations that expand audience engagement for Disney+. This role involves leading creator initiatives from strategy to execution, managing a team, and producing original creator-led content. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the creator economy and experience building successful creator partnerships.

• Develop and execute creator partnership strategies for audience growth
• Build scalable creator programs connecting creators with Disney franchises
• Lead Disney's TikTok Creator Program and other strategic initiatives
• Cultivate and manage relationships with creators and partners
• Lead the development and execution of creator-led content initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Creator Content & Partnerships team
