Progyny is looking for a Growth Marketing Campaigns Associate to manage and execute marketing campaigns focused on member acquisition and engagement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of email and push notification campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

- Manage end-to-end production of email and push notification campaigns
- Develop and implement growth marketing campaigns aligned with KPIs
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
- 1-3 years of experience with marketing platforms like SFMC, Braze, or Marketo
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
