Vice President, Growth Marketing

Justworks is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition and expansion. You will drive transformation by strengthening our sales-led motion and scaling digital-first experiences. This role requires a commercially minded leader who can connect audience strategy, demand generation, and conversion to financial outcomes, while also being a builder who can navigate technical debt and evolving processes.

• Lead growth strategy and its commercial delivery, with accountability for bookings and revenue
• Strengthen sales-led acquisition through integrated campaigns and ABM
• Scale digital growth using product-led principles and hybrid journeys
• Develop lifecycle and expansion motions for prospects and customers
• Manage investment across the growth portfolio and evaluate channel performance
• Build an effective learning and measurement discipline for forecasting and performance reviews
