Marketing Specialist

Mercer is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage campaign executions, support demand-generation programs, and coordinate events. This hybrid role involves project management, reporting, slide deck creation, and liaising with various internal and external teams to ensure on-brand and compliant program delivery for the US Investments & Retirement business.

• Project manage campaign executions from creative brief to execution
• Support demand-generation programs and webinar campaigns
• Create slide decks for stakeholder meetings and ROI analysis
• Manage email lists and marketing archives
• Coordinate events and manage digital handoffs
• Partner with Product/Investment teams, Compliance/Legal, and Sales
