As a Marketing Manager in Oncology at Novartis, you will lead brands within the UK Therapy Area, driving sustainable growth and patient impact. This role involves translating international strategy into local priorities, developing high-quality omnichannel campaigns, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful brand execution and compliance.

• Lead local brand strategy by translating international and regional priorities into actionable plans
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and omnichannel campaigns
• Drive performance management and optimize marketing mix investment
• Orchestrate omnichannel customer and patient journeys
• Ensure compliance with Novartis policies and industry standards
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within the UK healthcare system
