Marketing Operations Intern

NJM is seeking a motivated Marketing Operations Intern to join their 2027 Summer Intern Program. This role offers hands-on experience in creative project management, workflow coordination, and marketing technology platforms. You will collaborate with various teams to support marketing initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

• Assist with project intake, scheduling, and workflow management
• Support coordination and tracking of marketing projects
• Document and improve marketing processes and operational workflows
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and business partners
• Generate project status reports and operational documentation
• Provide recommendations on process improvements
