Creative Content Strategist

JLL is seeking a Creative Content Strategist for a 12-month contract in Brisbane. This role will lead content marketing for commercial real estate assets, shaping brand narratives and driving integrated marketing campaigns to enhance market positioning and business growth.

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies and messaging frameworks for commercial real estate properties
• Design and produce high-impact marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
• Build content strategies for owned, earned, and paid media channels
• Own the collateral production process from concept to delivery
• Monitor market trends and campaign performance, presenting data-driven recommendations
• Tertiary qualification in design, communications, or marketing with content creation experience
