Marketing Manager, Professional & Referral Growth

As the Marketing Manager, Professional & Referral Growth, you will be instrumental in strengthening relationships between healthcare professionals, hearing partners, and individuals who could benefit from implantable hearing solutions. You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive referral growth and adoption across Australia and New Zealand, working collaboratively with various internal teams and global stakeholders. This individual contributor role offers significant ownership and influence, allowing you to lead through expertise and relationship-building.

• Build integrated professional marketing programs to influence referral behavior
• Partner with Sales to identify and activate referral growth opportunities
• Lead ANZ product portfolio marketing, including launch planning and activation
• Utilize customer and market insights to optimize marketing activities
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns using digital marketing and CRM
• Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
