Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive demand generation programs across multiple channels, focusing on measurable pipeline impact. This remote role requires a data-driven marketer skilled in SEO, AEO, CRO, marketing automation, and AI-enabled execution to optimize campaigns and contribute to business growth.

• Execute integrated demand generation programs across organic, inbound, paid, and email channels
• Develop go-to-market campaign programs, including audience segmentation and messaging
• Own organic search strategy and build content optimized for AEO and GEO
• Lead CRO across key landing pages and campaign pages
• Manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and CRM sync
• Utilize AI tools for planning, research, and campaign optimization
