Social Media Manager

Roku is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence for "This Old House" and related franchises. This role involves daily execution, content creation, calendar management, and coordinating with production and editorial teams to build an agile, content-first social operation. The ideal candidate will drive audience growth and engagement across various platforms, including short-form video.

• Drive social media ideation and execution to grow audience and engagement
• Create and publish social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest
• Manage and maintain the social calendar for multiple brand and franchise accounts
• Identify and capture social-first content opportunities during production
• Optimize content for each platform based on trends and performance insights
• Track and report on key social metrics and use data to refine content
