Energy Program Outreach Specialist

CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Program Outreach Specialist to support their New Jersey Energy Efficiency Program team. This role focuses on building awareness and driving participation in energy efficiency programs through various engagement channels. You will identify, engage, and educate potential participants and trade allies, while also building community partnerships and representing the program at events.

• Identify, prospect, and engage new leads through in-person events, calls, emails, and social channels
• Present energy efficiency program options to potential participants and trade allies
• Grow HVAC partnerships by expanding relationships with distributors and supply houses
• Recruit, coach, and inspire contractors and Trade Allies to participate in energy efficiency programs
• Create meaningful community partnerships with organizations like green teams, contractors, and HOAs
• Represent the program at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings
