Social Media Manager

Zinnia is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow its social media presence across organic, paid, and influencer channels. This role involves developing strategy, creating content, managing campaigns, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness and business results.

• Own social media strategy and execution across all major platforms
• Develop and execute social media roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Create engaging written, visual, and video content
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns
• Measure KPIs and report on performance
