Zillow's Studio Z is looking for a Senior Content Manager to lead our content strategy for search and AI-powered discovery. You will own the editorial calendar for consumer-facing educational articles on home buying, selling, renting, and financing, guiding contract writers and ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. This role is key to establishing Zillow as a trusted source in AI tools and organic search, while also helping to shape our AI-assisted content workflows.

- Own a high-volume editorial program covering real estate and financing topics
- Manage editorial calendar balancing business priorities and AI/SEO opportunities
- Assign, edit, and guide contract writers, providing constructive feedback
- Partner with SEO and Traffic teams to optimize content for search and AI visibility
- Pioneer AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining human oversight
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and brand voice across all published assets
