Manager, Website (Analytics & SEO)

OU Health seeks a Manager, Website (Analytics & SEO) to lead digital growth for OUHealth.com and their consumer technology stack. This role, within the Brand and Growth Marketing department, will manage an internal web team to create a data-driven patient acquisition engine, collaborating across the organization to enhance digital experiences and increase access.

• Lead strategy, architecture, and execution of OUHealth.com
• Develop consumer technology roadmap integrating Salesforce, CRM, and analytics
• Direct team to deliver high-performing, on-brand web experiences
• Oversee analytics dashboards and KPI reporting for campaign optimization
• Build and maintain governance for content performance, accessibility, and compliance
• Manage vendor relationships for specialized web or martech projects
