Senior Finance Analyst, Marketing

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with the Marketing organization for their Residential HVAC business unit. This role involves managing financial forecasts, reporting, and performance analysis for marketing programs, translating financial data into actionable insights, and supporting business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.

• Manage monthly close, forecasts, and AOP/LRP for Marketing budget
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Develop and maintain reporting packages for decision-making
• Partner with Marketing leaders to evaluate budget effectiveness
• Drive financial excellence through controllership and process discipline
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support
