Director, Targeted Acquisition

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Director, Targeted Acquisition to lead and scale their AI-powered prospecting and engagement tools. This player-coach role involves defining strategy, building scalable systems, and managing a contractor team to identify, prioritize, and convert high-value prospects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and a proven ability to drive measurable business results through both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

• Own end-to-end strategy, operating model, roadmap, and performance of targeted acquisition ecosystem
• Leverage AI-powered automation and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and prioritize high-value target audiences using data and AI signals
• Develop and refine outreach messaging across multiple channels
• Manage contractors responsible for campaign builds and execution
• Partner with technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to shape product roadmaps
