Senior Social Media & Content Manager

Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Social Media & Content Manager to own our social media strategy and content calendar. You will transform product releases, thought leadership, and customer stories into engaging social content, partnering with product and marketing teams to define our industry presence. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex topics into compelling narratives for social platforms.

• Set and execute social media strategy and content calendar
• Repurpose long-form content into social-native formats
• Write and manage recurring short-form content for subject-matter experts
• Own and evolve content systems including calendar and brand guidelines
• Deep hands-on experience running organic social strategy and execution
• Ability to translate complex subject matter into engaging social content
