Prometheus Real Estate Group is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support marketing workflows, digital asset management, and content coordination. This role is ideal for someone organized and proactive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring projects and communications are accurate and on schedule.

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing workflows including FreshService tickets and project tracking
• Maintain marketing platforms and digital assets using Bynder, Box, and Planview
• Support photography, content, and event workflows
• Provide tactical support for commercial and acquisition marketing needs
• Manage property listings and digital profiles
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
