What we are looking for

Lead US Injectable Aesthetics portfolio assessment to define market opportunities and growth priorities
Own the market and category plan, integrating insights and industry trends
Develop and execute growth strategies across the portfolio, including field force communications and sales training
Build business cases for differentiated portfolio growth programs
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and operating forums
Ensure portfolio brand strategies are executed with a high attention to detail
