Marketing Manager

Embecta is seeking a Marketing Manager in São Paulo to drive business growth by developing and executing impactful marketing strategies. You will connect brand, commercial, and digital initiatives to strengthen customer partnerships and elevate our presence in the Brazilian healthcare market.

• Develop and implement annual strategic marketing plans for Brazil
• Lead planning and execution of events, trade fairs, and educational programs
• Partner with Sales to develop POS materials and in-store activation initiatives
• Drive Retail Media initiatives to increase product visibility
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and budgets
• Monitor market performance and translate insights into growth opportunities
