VP, North America Growth and Acquisition Marketing

Western Union is seeking a VP of North America Growth and Acquisition Marketing to drive customer growth, revenue, and market share. This leader will own the end-to-end acquisition strategy across digital and offline channels, building a world-class in-house growth marketing capability. The role requires deep performance marketing expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

• Own customer acquisition, activation, and growth outcomes for North America Digital business
• Develop and execute near-, mid-, and long-term growth strategy
• Establish a scalable growth framework combining performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships
