Manager, Social Media & Content

Lead the social media and content strategy for Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, driving excitement and awareness for our parks and events. You will ideate, capture, and edit engaging organic content across major platforms, manage a content team, and ensure our social presence aligns with business goals and emerging trends.

• Develop and execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Own organic content ideation, capture, and editing for timely, trend-driven assets
• Manage a small content production team and internal asset library
• Analyze social media performance metrics and report insights to leadership
• 5+ years of social media and content creation experience
• Experience with professional photography and video equipment
